creating User Registration in Android

Question

hello Sir,
                     i am developing Android app in which i want to create User registration and login form but i really don't know how Should i connect sql Server database with my Android App and how all user will use that Android app and make their registration and information of user get Stored in my local server.
please suggest me best and proper Solution.
