Creating socket for the address as "0.0.0.0"

Hi Wish u all happy New year 2006!!!!!!!! I have a problem that, Can i able to create a udpclient socket for the address as "0.0.0.0" with specified port number. If it is possible means, please tell me how to create tha socket? Please this is urgent so i need the response is as earlier as possible. Thanks in Advance. With Regards R.Ravikumar
