Creating objects base on database records

Question

Hello there newbie here.
im making a tabulation system
which have 10 participants.
I want on my judges forms it will display also 10 textbox and labels according to my records in database
for 10 participants names and scores to be input by the judge.
when participants elimanated and drops to top 6 
i want in my judge form also display 6 textbox and labels the same for top3.
