Creating a document properties' pop-up for word2007

Question

Hello everyone. Does anybody know (or direct me to an article on) how to create (in c# or .Net) a word 2007 pop-up that enables the user to set the document properties of a word 2007 template?? Any help would be very appreciated Thank you in advance.
