creating a chart in asp.net using c#

Question

hai frnds, now i came up with a new problem i want to create a chart with the values given in the database and i find lots of ways to create charts but most of them are not clear. Values of the chart are displaying in the chart itself. Please any one help me to create a chart by displaying the values and its name away from the chart using a arrow like the image that i given below if any one have any idea please help me.
