Creating 2 canvas. place images dynamically

Question

Hi,

I am new to C# WPF.

I want to create 4 Canvas ( Static or dynamic is ok) 

Then place 4 different images in 4 different canvas during runtime.

All the canvas must be transperent to each other.

 

User can move, pan , rotate images of selected canvas.

 

Could you please help me to achieve this.

 

This is like overlaying images to each other.
