Create website in asp.net mvc 4 or mvc 5

Question

which template should i use for my website  there are many templates are shown like:-  

 

empty ,basic, mvc, internet, intranet and web api.

 

My website basically is for providing customers services on IT product issues.

 

customer can register/login  his account or buy the product online or give us feedback.also can complaint about the products.
