Create thumbnail image from video file

I am new in Asp.Net Web development..........

I am working on a web form application which is using asp.net c# and MS SQL Server 2008 as database.

I am working on admin panel of web portal.I need to develope video gallery module, for which

I want to give file upload control & after file gets uploaded i need to create thumbnail for the video, save this thumbnail into folder & thumbnail path into db.

I have got stuck at creating thumbnail from uploaded & thus saved video file.I know to perform the rest all task.

Can anybody help me out to create thumbnail image from video file in c# code?

Can anybody help me to perform this? or refer some links for the same?
