Create system notification.

Hi C# Corner Team,

 

Hope you all are doing great!

 

Team, I want to create system notifications e.g (avast updation pop up right corner of sytem screen from time to time). My notification comes from my sql server DB to the user if any meeting schedule for him today information will be fetched from DB with all required data.

 

Is this possible to create with window application using .net framework.

 

For e.g - I've web application for scheduling meeting, Let's manager set his meeting for tomarrow when he login his system tomarrow a pop up will come like avast notification that you've meeting today in right corner. Is this possible to acheive with window application. If yes then please enlighteen my way.
