Create line component

Hello All, I need help in how i going to implement a line control which similar to use in Ms Visio/SmartDraw where the user can set the property in runtime. Also, the line control can be rotate at any angle where the user like. I have look through the net but found none. Can someone help me or any resource and idea? Please advice Many Thx, LOOI
