Create label dynamically from a wpf user control

I have an application that uses a 3rd party software (3d automate 2012).

I have a windows form that host an wpf user control. From that user control i want to create some label dynamically in another form, i`ve tried few solution but no luck till now. Maybe you guys can help me. It should be simple but i think that i miss something.
