Create Custom Listview Control in C# with multiple columns and Images in specific columns with content editing in a cell

Hi,

I am developing an application in which i have to use a custom listview control with multiple columns and Images in specific columns with content editing in a cell. i am uploading the images screen shots. The First and second column would be image col and third col contains text below that there is a "note" which is editable and again fourth col would contains image also that is not visible in screen shot but come while we switching the listView.View. 

Please help me out ....
