Create chart dynamically according to year and month wise

Question

I am working on a project in which data is save in table according to data time waise, now  i have to craete graph on year select index change event .

 

i am working on it. displaying graph only on which month in dara saved.

 

Now i want to show graph if data is saved in july moth then graph will be rase & rest of the moth show in series with 0 values.
