Create and write text file on another system

Question

Hai Team,

 

          

     In windws application with in that i have to create and write a text file

 

 

1) the client system should create and write text file  on server system

2) through the ip address the client system connected with server 

3) http://localhost:8080/TextFile/3443.txt (location to create and write the text file)
