Create and load the files and send those files

Question

I have data in sql server database called 'Test'. Using set of queries on 'Test' database, I have to create and load data into CSV and Excel files where frequency of generation of some files is 15 days and some has daily. And finally I have to push some files to

FTP, Some files to SFTP and other files to EMAIL.

Could you please help me How do achieve using SSIS as I am new to SSIS?
