Create a Notification Web Part for MySites

Question

I would like to create a notification web part that I can add automatically to User Profiles (MySites).

 

This notification web parts needs to display a message on the MySites User page if any of the User Profile's property has not been completed.

 

I was thinking if a i do a query (see http://www.c-sharpcorner.com/UploadFile/472cc1/get-user-profile-display-picture-information-in-sharepoint-2128/) to find the user profile's properties. I will specify to the query if a particular property is blank, if blank display a notice on the user's page until the user completes the task to fill out the property.
