Create a lookup attribute in CRM 2016

Question

I am new in CRM and need to create a lookup attribute from a c# application.

Can anyone give an example about how to create it?

 

I know it needs relationships 1:n, n:n, etc but I have no idea how to do it.

 

Help please!
