create dynamic form

Hi all

 

I need help about to create dynamic form as per admin requirement.I have the condition that admin have to create dynamic form as per requirement and can save that values. actually till i got the idea i have to work for each and every control for the form and should be in a toolbox.that toolbox should programmed by me and the admin(user) can put any tool and can place it in the form.now according to positions the tools (controls) should be placed properly and the positions and control name for should be saved in the database created by me for the user.now the problem is i m not understanding how can i do this in asp.net .how can i create toolbox,how can i set the position for each control?
