Count number of times company in database is selected

Question

I am trying to count the number of times a company has been selected from my database based on how many times a button gets clicked when they have been selected from list.

 

I have added a column into my table called 'Used' 

 

So count needs to be added to the 'Used' column and needs to be added to thr correct selection based on CompanyName.
