Could not find a part of the path

Question

Hi guys please help on this task. i tried but not able to read thsi file. and i given permmissions also from i netpub but not getting file to read.Could not find a part of the path 'C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Phani922 - sc\App_Data\redirectmappings.txt'.
