Could not copy the file "obj\Debug\HospitalManagement.dll

Question

Guys please solve my issue i can'tbuild my project 

i have deleted the obj and bin folder still no use 

how should i solve i have copy paste the dll to the bin and obj after pasting it will build for 1 time after again throwing could n't find the dll in obj/debug folder

 

i replaced the same project still same issue am using TFS using TFS i have downloaded latest one but same issue is there dll not found what is the problem

 

please help me out i have searched this prblm no use applied all solutions prebuilding,deleting bin obj alll no use why its happenning like that
