Core did not respose withing 2000ms giving up

When my application is loading (created by C#.NET express using 3.5 framework) appear this error and if I choose continue application run but other similar errors..
This problem is present only in a unique PC notebook (in other 5 PC works well..) and I think it depend by a Framework configuration.

Do you have some suggestions???
