Copying the lines from the book

Question

Recently I was reading an article i.e. Data Annotations and Validation in ASP.NET MVC (http://www.c-sharpcorner.com/article/data-annotations-and-validation-in-mvc/) written by Manish Kumar Choudhary and I found that First two paragraph of his article is copied from Wrox Professional ASP.NET MVC 5. Copying Data from copyrighted product/Book is bad habit. I appreciate the work/ Articles posted by the same author but this article is plagiarism from Wrox Book.

 

I really love c# corner community but these kind of issue can lower down the reputation of  the author.
