Copy hyperlink content or highlight content from any web page

I want to copy hyperlink content  or highlight content from any web page on mouse over .

Actually my target is  ---

I have one C# application in which I want to search some content .

When user get mouse over on any hyperlink content or highlight content on any other web page like google or monster  or yahoo and press ctrl+(any fixed keyboard key)  then automatically hyperlink content or highlight content search on my application search page .

Please let me know Sir how can I acheive this task .
Please help me out Sir .
