Copy huge Excel data to existing sharepoint custom list

Hi,

 

I am working on a project where i need to copy around 2 lakh excel data to sharepoint custom list. Till now i have copied 100-200 records so i know we can copy, paste. Even i need not worry about View Throttling. So can anyone help how to achieve this scenario.
