Converting ocx file into dll file.

Question

Hi.

 

I am trying to convert Activex ocx file into .net dll file. I tried via "AxImp" but i got Unable to locate input activex library error. what i shoul do now. how can i covert that. can any one help me. i refferd more websites and tried that. but no improvement. 

 

if anyone give the answer. i should be more thankful  to them.
