Convert Word to XML using Microsoft Word Object Library

Hi Folks,

I have just one line of Text in my word document. By using Microsoft Word Object Library I have converted from Word to XML. But after converting to XML I found so many unnecessary tags in XML document.
 Is there any way can i get plane XML tags which contains only Text which we have in word document?. Need to remove unnecessary tags from XML document.

Any help would be greatly appreciated....
