Conversion of jpg image to binary

Question

I want to save images in sql server, for that i am trying to convert image into binary for that i have given the datatype of image column to be varbinary(max). Can anyone tell me how to convert the image into any possible type to store in database other then giving the loctaion of image as my focus is to change the image into binary form and then store it in azure sql server .
