Senior Software Engineer (Contract) Job Duties: Develop a version of Aspect's eSp/IVR product using the Microsoft Speech Application SDK, SALT, ADO.NET, JScript, C#, web services, and other technologies, under the general direction of Aspect staff. Candidate must work on-site at Aspect's Brentwood, TN facility for the duration of the project. The architecture for this project will include an ASP.NET application that generates HTML that utilizes SALT and JScript. The ASP.NET application will use C# to access eWFM services using the IAspectMessage interface or HTTP interface. Requirements:: Programming skills, and a minimum of one year of work experience, in each of the following: * Microsoft Visual Studio .NET and the .NET Framework * Microsoft ASP.NET * Client-side scripting using Jscript * Microsoft Visual C#® development tool * XML * XSLT * HTML * Calling Web Services A sound grasp of each of the above required technologies. A proven ability to work independently with only general supervision. A minimum of one year in a Development Lead role. Experience in developing IVR applications (particularly ones driven by voice rather than just DTMF) is a plus. Familiarity with the Microsoft Speech Application SDK, and Speech Application Language Tags (SALT), is a plus.
