Connect/Disconnect Internet [C#]

Hey, I have been trying to find a code to connect and disconnect my internet, I am trying to make a program that disconnects my internet when I am idle for 5 minuets and reconnects it when I come back.

I am connecting through a modem if that helps(not dial up).

If anyone could help would be great thanks!
