Connect C# Application with tally data

Question

Hi,

I am developing application for my client that will connect with Tall ERP in c# . He has ERP application and that uses MSSQL 2008 in backend. The user has to enter data twice, first in his ERP then in Tally. I googled and found several article but they all are suggesting to use rtslink's dll. The problem with dll is that i've to pass data in xml form. Is there any open source DLL avaliable to export/import data in Tally using built in functoin?
