Confusion in Career field of Database as a DBA.

Question

Hello..

I am student of dotnet. so i am going to make my career  as a web developer. and in this domain life long i need to study alot because of updation in technology, for example earlier Asp.net was famous, now days Asp.net Mvc is goin in demand and Angular 2 also, so i was thinking to make my career in Database, please tell me about this. what is the scope in DBA. i am also taking intrest in SQL than Coding in Asp.net.
