config file in scheduling .............plz help me

Question

i using c# i want to make application for scheduling  in that i have to move file source to destination and after maving file sourse file should be delete and mail should be send and this process should happen after specifi time intervel ex after 5 mint and i have to use and mail should take from config file and sourse and destination file should be config...can u suggest me code
