Compilation error, metadata file '.dll' could not be found

Question

this below error coming from server not local machine

 

Server Error in '/xy2' Application.

What I have tried:

 

The above error is solved when i deploy the solution again to the server.but after 1 week or 2 week this error is coming again.i have faced this error two times within 2 weeks.
