Compatibility mode of IE9

Question

HI frnds...
As i Already discussed in forum about my problem...i couldn't able to run my application in IE9 Document mode =Standard IE9..IN this case CSS is Not rendering in the page....in one more case am doing CMS using XML data....in cms once the Data is updated the content present in the page is blank...its not showing any required xml data for the page....
Please help me...in this what i have to do...how can i rectify this issues....

Note:am facing this problem only with the flash site...
