Compatiablity Problem while Deployment .Net Project

hi,

I have created a project setup(windows application) in .Net Framework 1.1. But when i want to deploy it on user computer who has .Net Framework 2.0 installed it ask for .Netframe work 1.1 to install even the user has new version (2.0) already installed.
