Compare 2 Files Byte for Byte

If the files are not too big, then something like this should work:

int maxLen = Math.Max(bytes1.Length, bytes2.Length);

for(int i = 0; i < minLen; i++)

{

if( bytes1[i] != bytes2[i]) diffs.Add(i);

}

if(maxLen > minLen)

{

for(int i = minLen; i < maxLen; i++) diffs.Add(i);

}
