compare excel first row and database partiuclar column

Question

In datbase records as follows (Table Name Facmessage)

Faccode Mobileno Message
GS xxxxx Dear GS, sep 25(CL2/1).


In Excel data as follows
Date Day Session GS VRV
25 sep 14 Monday 1 CL2 REO

i want to compare the excel first row GS and In Table Facmessage check the Faccode GS.

if both excel first row GS and Faccode GS from table Facmessage are same means.

show the GS in Label1.

i have one label called Label1 in that Label1 display the GS.

for that how can i do in asp.net using c#.
