Compare databases

Question

 i have two databases,one is Old and second one is New

...I changed one stored procedure in new databases ,,,and it excute in old databases also
,,, but  when compare tow databases ,there is one difference shows ,that is


in old databases shows

SET ANSI_NULL OFF
Go
SET QUOTED_IDENTIFIER OFF
GO
------------------------------------------------
in New databases shows

SET ANSI_NULL ON
Go
SET QUOTED_IDENTIFIER ON
GO



here i executes  same procedures in two
