Company is not issuing Experience Certificate
Jun 28 2013 7:22 PM
Hi all..
I have 15Months (i.e. 1year 3months) experience on .NET Platform.
Recently, the HR of the company called me and said - "The Management have decided to close the entire division of Software Developer of the company. Hence, we are giving you 1Month notice period. Start finding a new job for yourself now."
I was shocked, and could not do anything to save my job.
I then requested the HR Person to kindly give the experience certificate and also mention the correct reasons for me leaving the job.
The HR Person is now refusing me to give me my experience certificate also.
Please guide me. What should I do now.
Also, I pray that no good persons should face this problem in their lives.
Thanks a lot in advance....
