Command Prompt

Hi I tried accessing the command prompt of the VS.net from my dos command prompt by changing the directory to programfiles\msvisualstudio.net\common7\tools and then running the VSVARS.bat file. I have a problem now and that is if I do not have the visual studio .net and have only the framework installed and want the command prompt of the .net environment to be run from my dos command prompt can I do the same way otr is there any other way of doing it. Please help Regards Tellie
