COMException with ocx library

Hi. I've got a problem, that i must solver very quick. I'm adding a reference to external library (it is registered, so i choose it from COM tab). When i'm using a method from this library, i got COMException. Please help. This is screenshot of my exception. http://pjwstk.com/COMException.JPG
