Combobox style

Question

Hi all!
I'm at the begin of a new project (C#, VS2005) and analysing the style of the forms and controls.
I want to use the flat styles for the textboxes and comboboxes, but I have a problem with the heights.
Setting the textbox for example to a font size of 8, gives a height of 14 for the control.
For the combox, with this font, gives a height of 21.

The combobox has not much possibilities to be changed. What can I do?
Some hints?
