In the command prompt I used below comments.
C:\WINDOWS\system32>cd C:\Windows\System32\Tool_VS2017
C:\Windows\System32\Tool_VS2017>CodeUpgrade.exe C:\inetpub\wwwroot\kadena2.0\WebApp.sln

In my machine visual studio 2017, Framework version 4.6 and IIS 10.
