Code to scan Malicios files and Trojans in pc in C#.NET

Hi, I am Parmeet. i just need code which can scan all files and folders in computer like it scan all drives and identify threats like trojans and Malwares etc.

These scan wiil be perform in C# so all code will needs to be in a Button click....
