Closing Forms

Question

I've got a form that is the only form in an application, I want to be able to click the close button on the form, but have the form and application not exit, but simply return to the task bar (using the notify icon) and likewise i want to be able to do the same with the minimise button. I tried using the closed and closing events, but they simply did extra things before the application terminated. Any suggestions?
