Clipboard.gettext and notification no return sometimes

Question

If I copy the question sentence, I will not receive a return with the answer in a windows notification. I do not know how to solve this since it sometimes seems to work. But retrying the answer in a notification does not always work. What I also noticed is that the program does work in programs such as in notepad or in visual studio but usually not via the internet. I hope someone can help me with this. I uploaded the project. Can someone help me out
