CLIENT MAC ADDRESS

Question

Is there a way I can get the Client's MAC ADDRESS? If not, can you recommend me other unique address of a client that accessing the website. By the way, I am using ASP.Net/C#, I need the client MAC ADDRESS for me to block that user if he/she is just guessing a password of a particular user.
