Claim Based Authentication in WCF

Question

Hi,

I need to implement Claims based authentication in wcf. I have gone through the below link

They have give code snippet.But I don't understand How the claim types are decided in that article and How will we construct our own claim types when the application is developed locally.

Help is greatly appreciated.This requirement is urgent.
