Chrome to open an “open file dialog” when downloading file?

am using rdlc reports in my portal .in IE am trying to download my report in excell or pdf it was asking for save or open option .but coming to chrome it was not asking anything .i want to show a popup to save or open dailog in chrome also same like IE .

 

please suggest me what is the trick behind this .am using asp.net 4.0 with c#
